The Payment schedule is divided into three parts

First 💰 25% is due immediately to reserve a slot in my calendar.

Then 💰 50% is due at the start of the project - a Monday we agree on.

Finally the remaining 💰 25% is due on the last day of the project, usually a Friday.

Life has a habit of getting in the way so we can allow for a bit of flexibility providing the invoices are paid in full according to our timeline.

Once we have agreed to work together and you’ve paid the deposit, we get right down to it.

Homework

I’ll assign you homework within 1-2 business days of booking the project. You’ll complete the to-do list (which becomes your website content) within 2 weeks before the project starts. This content is essential for designing the website and to ensure it reflects you and your business.

Week 1

Monday: Project start 👏🏻.

We will have a kickoff call to discuss the content you sent me and answer any questions.

Wednesday: We have a Zoom call and you see the Homepage draft ideas, to ensure I’m on the right path.

Friday (or the following Monday): Zoom call to review the completed Website.

Week 2

Monday-Wednesday: Feedback, tweaking and polishing.

Thursday: Launch prep.

Friday: Launch day!

We meet to launch the site 🥂.

I teach you how to make your own edits.

Support

You’ll have 30 days of email support starting the Monday after the project ends.

Branding Add-on

For projects with branding and website design, the timeline is similar, but stretched over 3 weeks:

Week 1: Brand draft, presentation, and revisions.

Weeks 2-3: Website design, feedback, tweak ad polish, launch prep, and launch 🥂.
